Job Description
Personal Loans is looking for Dynamic, Data Driven and Effective Communicator/go-getters to work on the PL Xsell agenda among bank customers (other than PL).
The Product Manager PL Xsell will have the following responsibilities:
- Driving Xsell numbers in bank customer base with targets
- Understanding & Leveraging tech platforms \xe2\x80\x93 SFDC & CRM
- Identify Opportunities for scaling up Xsell in respective customer segments through deep understanding of data
- Work with respective Asset-Liability product/business teams to scale business
- Co-create products suited for large customer segments like CFB among others
- Design & execute journeys with internal teams for efficient conversions and NPS
- Execution oriented with number targets
- Deep understanding of Data & its usage to scale
- IT savvy
- Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams and multi-task
- Collaboration skills
- Innovative in mindset & execution
