Responsible to achieve budgeted revenue for FES business through the priority channel. This would include driving FES business for PAN India through various Priority hubs.
Creating a conducive environment for RMs and service team via training and mentoring to identify opportunities and concluding FES business. This would also include handholding large transactions and managing pipeline of regular deals.
Liaising with internal Priority stakeholders & empowering them to source Individual account remittances and Forex cards by regularly circulating iformation, dissemination and training.
Analyze relevant data points and trends, to assist channel for scaling up Retail Fx product sales.
Focus on business performance through periodic campaigns, new/process linked initiatives.
Work towards developing new/improved product offerings for Priority customers with an objective of increasing penetration.
Achieving FES budgets for the allocated Region/Zone.
Holding Campaigns & Contest for Individual Fx Business, from time to time.
Ensuring Priority RMs & Service team adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Job Requirement -
MBA preferred.
Should have over 5 years of experience in retail forex.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills.
Must have good relationship building and influencing skills for driving business with internal/external customers.
Project management skills and ability to take initiatives from conception to execution.
Hands on with MS Excel, Word, Power point etc.
Knowledge of RBI regulations around Forex Remittance and LRS guidelines.
