As a Product Manager for Payments & Fintech Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and management of our new age payment products and partnerships with fintech companies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product strategy for payments and fintech partnerships, in line with the bank's overall business objectives- Identify and evaluate potential fintech partners, negotiate partnerships, and manage relationships to drive growth and innovation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and strategy- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive business growth- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments or fintech industry- Strong understanding of the payments landscape, including digital payments, mobile wallets, and other emerging payment methods- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships with fintech companies- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners- Passion for innovation and keeping up with industry trends and developments- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needsIf you are a self-starter with a passion for payments and fintech, and are looking for an exciting opportunity to drive product innovation and growth, then we want to hear from you!
