Product Manager JD
• Develop new products from conceptualization to launch and finalize end to end process
• Interaction with OEMs, other business channels on a day to day basis for product related requirements, drive finance penetrations
• Interact with BSG, Credit and IT teams on LOS journeys , gathering feedback from branches, suggesting changes , monitoring and driving sales LOS usage on an ongoing basis
• Liaison with branch banking channel and internal sales channel to drive car finance business penetration and target achievement across branches
• Make regular improvements in product policy and processes to keep the products relevant in the market
• Assessing Direct Sales potential of database and working to create Pre Qualified and Pre approved database with the help of Risk, BIU teams
• MIS Management: Preparing, tracking and monitoring wrt , Business, market share, cross sell , campaign calendars
• Ensure product marketing and visibility, creation and deployment of marketing materials and marketing through customer experience videos with the help of marketing team.
• Liase with other departments for cross selling/ conducting lead generation activities / branding platforms
• Team management skills and ability to multitask and work within tight TATs is necessary
• Experience in working on digital platforms , integrations , product function will be preferred
