You will be a key contributor in developing and driving this function. 2.You will collaborate with the team and life insurer to drive revenue generation & ensure smooth policy issuance to build an amazing experience for our customers. 3.You will drive the customer product across branches & drive contests to maximize coverage\xe2\x80\x93 so bring your ideas to life and create a direction for yourself and your team. 4. You would need to ensure a WOW experience for the customers while simultaneously ensuring smooth pay outs from the insurer. 5. Your role would include conducting regular training interventions across sales & service teams to enhance product knowledge and use your team building capabilities to train new joiners on insurance products. 6. You will be committed to building a strong culture of risk management in compliance with Home First\xe2\x80\x99s policies and channel your data driven mindset to help us make better decisions and market our products better. 7.
