Doing industry benchmarking to understand latest market trends and products Verification of Invoice bills received from vendors Handling Payment Gateway customer/citizens calls for transactions and refund related queries, for specific projects. Coordinating with CMS team for taking up various customer requirements & resolving customer related issues. Sending periodic Collection reports to Bank customers. Maintaining various customer specific data at back end. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams Job Requirements: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint Applicant should have minimum 2 years\' experience in productproject management.
