Function - Digital Banking Kotak 811-Regional Sales
Job Role
1. Keeping track of regulatory guidelines and implementation for 811 Developments / Process
2. Review/analysis of digital processes, Identification of regulatory gaps and resolving/fixing the process in adherence to 811 /Bank process / regulatory guidelines.
3. Liaising with Internal as well as external auditors to conduct audit in a seamless manner for 811 product
4. Monitoring of open audit points and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure closure
5. Providing product walkthroughs to auditors
6. Co-ordinate with Products / IT on various process/System gaps and ensure same gets fixed/corrected.
7. Legal support for 811 related vendor/BC agreements. Closure of legal drafts in consultation with Bank Legal team.
8. For vendor on-boarding - providing end to end support to internal teams to obtain approval from various stakeholders like Legal ,ORM, Compliance, IRM etc.
Job Requirement
1. 5-7 years of banking experience preferably in Compliance/ Audit/Digital Banking
2. Good understanding of regulatory guidelines related to KYC, Digital Banking, PPI etc.
3. Experience in interfacing with regulators, internal auditors and handling queries/inspection
4. Experience in handling senior stakeholder interaction and advise management on risk and control framework
5. Experience in people management and adaptable to different ways of working
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills
