Role/Job Title:Product Manager Business:Retail Banking Function/ Department:Credit Cards Place of work:Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: The position will be responsible for owning, strategizing and managing marketing & early activation actions for the segment, managing content and campaigns along with portfolio and marketing team Identify the segment needs, develop & manage the product offering thru constant competition benchmarking, CVP interventions, build relevant features & offers to drive customer value proposition & profitability Designing go-to market strategies, enabling the appropriate marketing communication across acquisition, tactical & topical campaigns Work closely with Analytics team for creating the right personas basis lifestyle, behaviour, propensity etc for customized and differentiated acquisition messaging for optimal conversion Tracking and optimising the segment early activation & usage for better profitability Work closely with marketing & campaign team to keep creating novel portfolio & customer engagement campaigns represent segment & own all customer complaints & escalations Secondary Responsibilities: 1. Gain a deep understanding of customer persona & experience, identify and fill gaps 2. Act as a product evangelist understanding the segment awareness and build an awesome customer marketing plan 3. Drive and achieve the agreed business plan and P&L metrics though sales support and interventions 4. Drive new initiatives & product development across millennial segment
