2. Managerial Scope: Direct Reports At Present no direct reporting, We will be hiring for working on corporate salary book. Business reporting - Corp Sal sales and RM team
3. Managerial Scope: Total Team Size Business reporting 1160 AMs, 160 KAMs , 60 RMs and 9 CPMsAreaKey Accountabilities / Responsibilities 4) Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Business Targets
- Ensuring activation of team in all products - regular interaction with TPP channel partners ..i.e. Kli , Kgi and Ksec
- Ensuring each location to have TPP product focussed activity at Corporates
- Ensuring \xe2\x80\x9cExclusive Tax consultation Campaign\xe2\x80\x9d specially for Premium and PSU
- Review of Bottom 20% of frontline
- Data Mining of Corporate Salary book for other modes of campaign
- Redefining corporate activity through digital route
- Working on New Products
- Specific Corporate level activity with focus on specific Products
- Central SPOC for RM Book and Book mapping
- Coordination with VRM Channel for Cross sell products.
