Job Purpose:
Strategic role in NRI Banking Vertical reporting into Acquisition and Activation lead.
Drive the digital customer acquisition by crafting strategy and owning the CX onboarding roadmap for the highly valuable and premium customer segment of non-residents.
Contextualize customer, market and competitor trends and disruptions and drive cross-functional teams to strategize and execute initiatives for improving key business metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assess trends and customer behavior using analytics to identify, analyze and implement new innovations
Continuous assessment of acquisition funnel, identifying and prioritizing initiatives by business impact and execute the end-to-end product strategy from inception
Collaborate with Channel, digital, Engineering, Applications and other stakeholders to build and run acquisition journeys that deliver business objectives
Lead conversion rate optimization on the acquisition journeys to increase customer acquisition
Incorporate customer & business feedback into acquisition strategy, effectively negotiating tradeoffs & conflicting priorities
Consistently analyze competitors and global industry leaders & fintechs to identify gaps in the existing acquisition journey & experience and develop deep understanding of latest innovations, digital disruptions and new & upcoming trends
Ability to build relationships and influence people across the org
Ability to take people along, and inspire to perform

Experience
5-10 years of relevant work experience
