Mapping current and future global process flows, implement process improvements, and propose opportunities for automation. . Working with investment bankers to gain an in-depth understanding of how our business serves its clients. . Help coordinate the design (UX) of our applications and facilitate rapid feedback and testing sessions for business stakeholders. . Partner with various business lines to prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects and implement process improvements. . Provide user training, solicit feedback, and drive systems adoption using calculated user behavior metrics. . Working with development teams to review product roadmap and requirements. . Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality. . Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weakness. . Lead the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including applications notes, product/release notes, user guides, presentations, and marketing content. In addition to the above responsibilities, senior position responsibilities also include: . As a product manager, analyse and collaborate solutions and strategies with the team and provide the optimum solution for our stakeholders. . Own success - Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions. Mentoring other PMs helping ensure the success of the deliverable. . Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes . Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Skills & Qualifications: . Total 12+ years experience with 6+ years of product management experience and a good understanding of technical architecture. . Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities. . Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines. . Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inquisitive with an interest in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. . Ability to drive strategy and use both data and judgement to make critical decisions on behalf of technology and the business. Education: .
