As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build the framework and tracks the product\'s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Keep the customers front and center in every service we build by being customer focused.
  • Solve problems - relentless and curious to solve complex problems using new approaches.
  • Take end to end ownership - accountable for delivering product increments from discovery to launch.
  • Understand overall architecture including upstream and downstream dependencies.
  • Deliver product direction based on analytics through a data driven approach.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to create transparency, eliminate roadblocks, and gain alignment.
  • Maintain strong control practices by performing regular control validation for services.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and motivate a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer focus, with an innovative mindset and the ability to understand & articulate customer problems and solve for them, keeping in mind the industry scope and trends.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills with an expertise in business case and requirements writing along with strong presentation skills and ability articulate and present to senior management and customers.
  • Masters or bachelor\'s degree in engineering with relevant product management experience.

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
