Who we are looking for : Product Manager

Where : Chennai

Type : Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and analysis.
• Lead product development by prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond.
• Manage stakeholders by communicating plans and updates effectively.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams.
• Ensure excellent user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competitive landscape.
• Track KPIs and make data-driven decisions to assess and improve product performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; B.E./MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years in product management or related roles.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in product management.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong strategic, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong focus on delivering value to customers.
