The team is embarking on a journey to elevate our core Search & Discovery features/capabilities. This global team focuses on many Search areas (e.g. Platform, Experience, APIs, Query Understanding, Relevance/Ranking, Analytics, ML, A/B Testing etc.).Your Area(s) of Ownership:You will own a vision, strategy and roadmap for your Search product areas - Relevance/Ranking & Query Understanding. You will lead our relevant efforts across Algorithms, Personalization/ML, define success & chart a path to get there. Ultimately your goal is to help our users find relevant content quickly and take action seamlessly.The Impact:As a Product Manager you will be responsible for helping drive increased client satisfaction and the adoption of Search by working with an agile scrum team responsible for the timely execution of strategic and client-driven initiatives and enhancements. You will act as the liaison between the team and stakeholders, end users, business, and customer. You are, essentially, the \'translator\' of customers\' needs into executable tasks (user stories) for the technology teams. You will help the team ensure a positive client experience by performing audits and analysis on our delivery platforms, presenting your findings and make recommendations. Your role has significant relationships and responsibilities including collaborating with peers in Product Management, Technology, Data Science and Business to deliver impact.What\'s in it for you:
