Job Summary:
The Product Manager will have responsibility to deliver custom software solutions that support restaurant operations and Inspires technology stack. This position will play a critical role in driving the 12-18 months roadmap for our restaurant operations facing revenue management custom application and supporting modules. Key responsibilities include intaking and prioritizing end user and business opportunities, assessing business cases for capital investment, defining core business requirements, and overseeing the delivery of technology solutions from engineering partners.The ideal candidate will showcase a strategic mindset and excel in executing tasks and projects. They will consistently assess the competitive landscape and business trends, devise a roadmap of business/strategic opportunities by prioritizing and sequencing deliverables. Additionally, they will communicate the vision and objectives to business stakeholders and engineering partners to foster cross-functional alignment, continually manage deliverables against capital budget and engineering capacities, offer transparency into work progress while monitoring business impact, and report key learnings and future plans based on results.In our fast-paced environment we often must switch gears at a moments notice and take effective action without having to know the total picture. The ideal candidate will respond with urgency to situations demanding rapid turnaround. They should possess a thorough comprehension and preferably prior experience in managing complex services and solutions. An ideal candidate would have a mix of experience in product management, program management, or solutions.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to create and/or improve technology products to elevate the team member experience or internal operations.
  • Prioritize opportunities based on data and evidence gathered from varying parts of the business.
  • Define and create detailed product requirements for use internally and externally
  • Proactively lead cross-functional team of senior leaders and business teams within Inspire (including Engineering Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Finance, Legal, and Brand teams) to assess and define robust solution requirements
  • Lead and manage the development of technology products, through entire product life cycle, from roadmaps to end-of-life and deprecation
  • Own the administrative user-experience for all services within your domain
  • Manage complex program planning needs, working with product development, technology, training delivery teams
  • Define, develop, launch, and oversee quality of robust solution education programs and workshops for different audiences (operations, partners, etc.)
  • Define and manage KPIs to evaluate product effectiveness and propose adjustments to improve performance and ensure objectives are met
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum4 Year / BE / B.Tech
  • Required Minimum: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Years Of Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience of product management practices, agile methodologies, and test-driven development experience.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in solving customer-facing digital experience opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with both business and IT to accomplish project objectives
  • A proven track record of driving digital innovation and delivering outperformance to stated business goals
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant-facing technology, understanding of restaurant team member perspectives, expertise in user experience, and proficiency in design frameworks and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to lead data-driven discussions to drive alignment around prioritization and impact
  • Equipped with the digital technical fluency to be capable of understanding technical constraints and prioritizing and discussing tradeoffs between development and business teams
  • Knowledge of the range of activities related to the product development lifecycle (e.g. opportunity identification, product discovery, project execution, and post launch performance measurement and management)
  • Deep knowledge of agile delivery principles
  • Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, restaurant team member needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills capable of communicating in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of widely varying audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and overcome unexpected challenges
  • Strong project/workflow management, prioritization, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results; conscientious about meeting project deadlines
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
