Job Title: RCM Product ManagerLocation: Gurugram, IndiaDepartment: Product DevelopmentPosition Overview:The Product Manager will lead the development and management of a next-generation Medical Billing Platform that leverages autonomous AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other automation technologies to reduce manual effort in the billing process. This role will focus on building integrations with EMRs, clearing houses, and payer portals while driving automation capabilities that streamline billing operations, increase accuracy, and enhance efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for the medical billing platform, with a focus on integrating AI, RPA, and automation technologies that minimize manual intervention in the billing process. Define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency for healthcare providers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitive analysis and customer segmentation, to identify opportunities for automation and innovation. Build expertise in payer requirements, healthcare regulations, and billing processes to inform product strategy and ensure compliance.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, incorporating AI and automation capabilities into the platform. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop robust integrations with EMRs, clearing houses, and payer portals, while implementing RPA and AI-driven features that reduce billing errors and manual workload.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering (both onshore and offshore), Client Engagement, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the successful delivery of the platforms AI and automation features. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to continuously improve the platform.
  • Customer Insight: Gather and analyze customer feedback, billing data, and market research to guide product decisions, focusing on automation opportunities. Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring that the platforms AI-driven features address real-world billing challenges and improve user satisfaction.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the platforms AI and automation features. Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights to improve billing efficiency, accuracy, and reduce manual effort.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide team members in developing and deploying AI, RPA, and automation technologies. Lead by example, driving best practices in product management, agile methodologies, and automation-focused innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners. Communicate the vision, strategy, and progress of the platforms AI and automation capabilities effectively across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare billing, RCM platforms, or healthcare SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing platforms with AI, RPA, or automation technologies that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency in the billing process.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines), and healthcare industry standards.
  • Experience working with SaaS products, cloud technologies, and AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency with tools such as Excel and product analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, compliance-oriented products with a focus on automation.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and drive product innovation.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, payer policies, and relevant standards for integrating billing solutions with external systems.
