• track requirements throughout the product development lifecycle ensuring effective stakeholder communications with strong techno-functional skills
• work closely with our IB change team to understand business needs to deliver robust products catering to the business requirements.
• work in an agile pod aligning to the strategic vision and priorities of the crew
• develop user stories, test and coordinate production implementations
• support production implementation & provide necessary L3 functional support
• collaborate with PO and PM across functions and divisions, building strong relationships across the firm.

This team is focused on delivering changes to systems and platforms that support IB subledger & account postings to the ledger & downstream reporting applications. The team also drives digital changes to meet the business needs to improve process efficiencies, support integration, new business & regulatory requirements, using an agile development methodology.Your expertise

• overall 8-12 years of experience working as a product manager/business analyst in IB domain
• experience in agile ways of working, strong analytical, stakeholder management, and requirement elicitation skills
• a strong understanding of the IB products & financial markets. Financial accounting knowledge is preferable
• strong SQL skills & hands on experience dealing with database queries
• team player with an enthusiastic proactive personality, a true agile mindset with sound judgement for when to escalate issues
• good commitment to keeping up with industry developments and learn new concepts around automation and digitalization
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
• experience in product lifecycle management
