Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager for one of the Micro finanace client based out at Noida.Experience- 5-8 Years.Qualification- MBARoles-1. Developing and implementing effective financial products for MSME business that can increase
company profitability, as well as build customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
2. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) product
& services portfolio including ideation, concept development, market analysis, product design,
and launch
3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging
trends, customer needs, and potential product opportunities
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and
Technology, to define product requirements, features, and pricing strategies and incorporate
changes whenever required
5. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in alignment with the company\'s business
objectives and market requirements
6. Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas
for improvement
7. Lead the capability enhancements to existing products to maintain or enhance competitive
advantage, improve customer experience, and drive product profitability.
8. Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the financial services
industry, ensuring products adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks. Adopt and implement
