of Product Manager - Mini PC & Thin Client - at NoidaWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage and drive the growth of our Mini PC & Thin Client product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware sales, including experience working with channel partners (dealers and distributors) through inside sales, cold calling, and onsite visits when required. This role will focus on product management, sales strategy, and market expansion.Key Responsibilities :Product Management :- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Mini PC & Thin Client products, including product development, positioning, and market launch.- Manage product features, roadmap, and enhancements to meet customer needs and market demands.- Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to improve sales.Sales Strategy & Execution :- Develop and implement sales strategies for Mini PCs & Thin Clients through channel partners (dealers and distributors).- Drive inside sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to generate leads and close sales.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support) to ensure product success in the market.Channel Partner Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors, providing support, product knowledge, and training.- Assist partners in growing sales, overcoming technical challenges, and driving adoption of Mini PC & Thin Client solutions.- Conduct onsite visits to partners when necessary for training, product demos, and addressing technical issues.Market Analysis & Reporting :- Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine product positioning.- Prepare regular reports on product performance, sales metrics, and market opportunities.Skills & Qualifications :Experience :- At least 5 years of experience in IT hardware sales, preferably with Mini PCs, Thin Clients, or similar products.- Experience in managing channel partners (dealers/distributors) and executing sales strategies.Sales Skills :- Strong inside sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Technical Expertise :- Good understanding of Mini PC & Thin Client technologies, applications, and market trends.- Ability to explain complex products to non-technical stakeholders.Other Attributes :- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Willingness to travel for onsite visits as needed.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related fields.- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.Compensation:- Base Salary: Competitive base salary depending on experience .- Incentives: Performance-based incentives based on targets.- Additional Benefits: Travel allowance (if applicable) for on-site visits to channel partners and distributors.- Our Corporate Office: B-68, B Block, Sector 65, Noida, UP (Nearby to Noida Sector 62 Metro)So, the candidate must be residing or willing to relocate at a nearby location.
