Join us as a Product Manager at Cactus Labs, where we conduct curiosity-driven experiments with technology to create real-world solutions for the advancement of science.


You will work on a variety of applied ML and AI products and solutions across B2B Enterprise AI, life sciences, and academia. Collaborate with ML engineers and subject matter experts to develop solutions that will enhance the lives of millions of researchers worldwide. Job responsibilities:

• Drive the execution in the product lifecycle including planning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• Use project management expertise to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are met.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
• Understanding of frameworks used for conducting competitor research and assessments.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and prerequisites:

• Minimum 2 years of AI-based product management experience, collaborating with full-stack engineering teams.
• Maintain a \'Consumer First\' mindset in decision-making and product development.
• Understanding of UX design for mock interface generation is preferred.
• Ability to work across functions and levels, comfortable with senior leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills for selecting and tracking key metrics, deriving insights, and making data-driven decisions.
• Embrace an impactful approach, focusing on product release, impact measurement, feedback incorporation, and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of generative AI and a passion for its potential in automating and improving writing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, analytics, wireframing, and project tracking tools like JIRA.
