Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking - Payments Liquidity & Account Solutions team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.This role sits within Product Development supporting the Global Liquidity & Account Shared Services (GLASS) Program. GLASS is a multi-year transformation program being driven by an agile, global team that spans functions including Product Development, Technology & Operations, and partners with stakeholders across all regions and lines of business across the firm. The program involves the migration of the global suite of Liquidity & Escrow Products from legacy liquidity platforms to a new microservice-based platform, which enables the delivery of globally consistent, user-friendly cash management solutions for clients, faster product innovation, and big data analytics.   • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Develops a rich understanding of the Wholesale Liquidity & Escrow product suite and infrastructure, including drivers of revenue, capabilities vs. industry/customer needs and current business priorities
  • Builds relationships with functional and line of business stakeholders across regions (CB & CIB) to successfully drive delivery of key GLASS program milestones
  • Fostering strategic dialogue with seniors across product and client coverage teams on emerging client needs and product opportunities, and then partnering with them to prioritise these, articulate and assess commercial and operational viability
  • Creates well structured, impactful written content to influence management and stakeholders towards certain outcomes
  • Contributes to evolution of GLASS operating model, data analytics, and governance framework
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product\'s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management with Commercial mindset and approach
  • Intellectually curious with \'constant improvement\' mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to translate complex technical, operational or regulatory information into coherent messages for key partners, senior management and clients
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and build credibility with technology, functional partners, and senior management
  • Strong data and analytical skills, experience working with large datasets and/or modelling
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong bias to action
  • Prior Wholesale Payments, Liquidity & Escrow knowledge and experience working with Technology beneficial
  • Appreciation and adherence to robust risk and control approaches
