Dollinger Filtration Pvt. Ltd. located at Jaipur, India is owned company of Cleanova, which is purely filtration company having renowned brands like Dollinger, Vokes, Plenty and Airpel. Globally Cleanova has four manufacturing locations which are India, Ireland, UK & USA. Earlier Dollinger was part of Celeros Flow Technology and separated in October23.The company fully concentrates on serving key market sectors where its solutions will have maximum traction. These are - Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical Processing, Petrochemicals, metals & mining and various other industries.Job SummaryThe Job Holder will be responsible for Implementing and overseeing evaluated programmes for Cleanova as set out within the Product Directors product road map to drive New Unit, Aftermarket Sales & Revenue Growth.This includes working with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial functions to develop the required product infrastructure to support the implementation of new products, product refresh requirements & associated data analytics.The Job Holder will also prepare and present technical & business case justification (ROI) along with action plans to support the capital and headcount investment. This will require working cross functionally to secure support across the business.Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Identifying, Implementing and Managing new product introductions.
• Identify the specific tooling and headcount capabilities required to enact product programmes.
• Work with Global Product Director to define specific target products, market sub sectors and geographies to approach, along with a business case for ROI to justify Capital & Headcount Investment.
• Produce, update & refresh product documentation where required for all Cleanova product lines.
• Develop and implement marketing material to support growth initiatives for Cleanova.
• Work with external Marketing companies to maintain and update the product lines on Cleanova s website.
• Support development of Market analysis and target market growth areas.
• Introduce & report new product performance through NPVI measurement.
• Actively engage with Cleanova marketing strategy via new product launches, literature, white papers & articles.
• Liaise internally with Engineering, Sales & Commercial & Operational teams to prepare approach methodology, on chosen programmes.
• Drive best practice and mentor others with new products and associated product roadmaps.
• Define the Engineering Support & other function requirement and appropriate procedures, controls, and interaction SOP.
• Support implementation of Aftermarket requirements for Cleanova globally and to implement requirements through engineering scope definition and planning.
• Provide training to both internal and external teams and/or customers on value propositions of Cleanova product lines.
• Develop case studies highlighting exceptional applications for presentation to customer base.
• Demonstrate strong expertise for assigned products and for the industry.
• Appraise Customers current and future needs and advise on the appropriate Cleanova products and services to meet their requirements and propose alternative solutions as necessary.
• Follow up with Customers to ensure Cleanova products and services are meeting their requirements and expectations.

• Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper opportunities.
• Must be entrepreneurial, having a strong will to succeed.
• Must be able to articulate the business strategy and represent it at all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• English language (fluent) essential - further language skills appropriate to assigned territory also essential.

Education and ExperienceAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

• Education/Training: University degree (or international equivalent) required; ideal candidate has studied Business, Engineering, or related areas of study.
• Experience: 10 or more years of experience in either Product Management, Sales & Marketing and/or Engineering with at least 5 or more years of experience in a related industry.
