As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our customer-facing Data Management Platform Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the customer-facing platform. Take charge of large, complex projects and effectively manage day-to-day operations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to ensure the product meets user and stakeholder requirements. Ensure clear definition of the product scope and facilitate a shared understanding of the requirements within the development team. Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of technical requirements. Collaborate with the QA team to maintain the desired quality standards and resolve any bugs or issues promptly. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for product enhancement. Required Skills Mandatory Skills: Possess 4+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a focus on day-to-day product ownership and ideation. Prior experience in the digital publishing industry is preferred. Hold 3+ years of experience working on data-intensive and consumer-facing applications. Knowledge of ETL processes and data architecture is highly desirable. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Snowflake is highly desirable. Display an innate desire to collect, synthesize, and analyze data to inform decision-making. Familiarity with various ways people discover and consume digital content and data, applied to building new platform capabilities. Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs through user research and data analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders for successful product development. Fluent in technical concepts and jargon, facilitating active participation in highly technical conversations with engineering teams. Possess a passion for identifying user problems and pain points. Capable of developing a comprehensive product strategy to meet user needs, effectively communicating and executing the plan. Fluent in Agile principles and methodology. Good To Have Prior experience with a digital publishing industry. Experience with google ad manager, general advertising stack knowledge and understanding of APIs. Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) especially in Large Language Model (LLM).
