: Experience Range: 5 - 10 Years Hiring Location: Trivandrum, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi : We are seeking an experienced Business Product Manager with expertise in the US Healthcare Payer domain to lead the integration of our Core Administration System, focusing on enrollment, claims, and payment functionalities. This role is essential for aligning product strategy with business goals, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and driving improvements that enhance member experience and operational efficiency. Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in the US Healthcare Payer space
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer processes, including enrollment, claims, and payment workflows
• Experience with Core Admin System integration
• Strong product management skills, including prioritization techniques, roadmap planning, and PI planning
• Familiarity with data integration and interoperability standards (e.g., EDI, HL7, API integration)
• Solid experience in Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and apply insights to product strategy

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Core Admin Systems (e.g., Facets, QNXT, HealthRules)
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA, CMS guidelines)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SAFe methodologies in large-scale environments

Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy and Vision

• Develop and drive product strategy for Core Admin System integration, focusing on enrollment, claims, and payment
• Align product vision with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Conduct market research to assess industry trends and competitive positioning
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product enhancements

2. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and external partners
• Gather insights from stakeholders to define product requirements and track progress

3. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and solution architects to define and prioritize product requirements
• Utilize market insights and customer feedback to shape and enhance product features

4. Roadmap, PI Planning, and Project Management

• Lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to align cross-team dependencies
• Develop and communicate a detailed product roadmap aligned with Agile best practices
• Monitor project timelines, allocate resources, and mitigate risks

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions
• Coordinate with QA teams to define test plans, ensure robust testing, and verify product performance

6. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines)
• Manage risk assessment and reporting for integration initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master?s degree is a plus)
• Relevant certifications in product management, Agile, or SAFe (preferred)
