Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to join our dynamic team. Ltd.Location : Delhi (Mohan Cooperative industrial area, Mathura Road)Job Type : Full-TimeQualifications :- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the HRMS domain.- Proven track record of managing successful HRMS products from concept to launch.- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!)Preferred Skills :- Certification in Product Management (e.g., CPM, AIPMM) is a plus.- Experience with SaaS products and cloud technologies.- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the HR domain.Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy and Roadmap :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our HRMS solutions.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market needs and trends.- Define product vision, strategy, and goals aligned with business objectives.*Product Development :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality HRMS products.- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and market demands.- Stakeholder Management

• User Experience and Design :

- Ensure the product delivers a superior user experience that meets the needs of HR professionals.- Work closely with the UX/UI team to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
