- Drive the overall achievement of targets & profitability of the individual brands.
- Support the brand management activities of various brands across multiple categories as per the list of brands (A responsibility matrix for brand managers and respective brands exists).
- Gather inputs from sales teams towards planning for ATL / BTL inputs.
- Oversee the overall marketing activities (market research, brand management, budgeting, ATLimplementation) for the respective brands.
- Interact with Sales and R&D for understanding the consumer needs, existing brand improvement, new brand development activities.
- Analyze the performance of various brands / sub categories/ SKUs and provide necessary inputs w.r.tcosts, budgets, market information to support the overall brand management at category /organizational level.
- Manage PR and Media firms : Entering & Renewing contract, negotiating the contracts.
Qualifications - MBA
Experience : 8 to 10 years (Specifically in Consumer / FMCG - Foods sector)
