Overseeing the development and launch of new beauty products, from concept to finalization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all team members are on the right page.
• Be a decision-maker using strategic thinking and guidance from the product team.
• Work with the product team, customer support, the sales team, and other teams to ensure a strong product vision.
• Training the sales team regarding the product.
• Complete knowledge of the face beauty products.
• Proper understanding of the product cycle.
• Ensure the profitability and continuous growth.
• A person with BSc or MSc with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Planning execution of strategies and plan, responsible for brand and BU promotion budget and PL. Drive sales to achieve targets. Manage the profitability of assigned therapy.
• Cross-functional collaboration (sales/purchase/medical/market research)
• Responsible for developing the design and execution of marketing elements like print, inputs, campaigns, and customer engagement activities
• New product identification and portfolio management through primary and secondary research
• Customer connect KOL development through CME/Symposia to get marketing insights and feedback on brand/activities etc.
• Quarterly review meetings with the business head thereby getting detailed business insights across various domestic markets
• Regular cycle meetings BTP programme participation
• Participation in field review meetings with the respective brands perspective.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
