:Job Title - Product Manager - Demat & ASBAPlace of work - MumbaiBusiness Unit - Retail BankingFunction -Branch BankingJob Purpose :IDFC FIRST Bank wants to offer demat and ASBA services to its customers to give them a full service banking and investment management experience.The incumbent will lead the banks effort to flesh out it product proposition & offering to encompass all aspects of a customer\'s interactions with a BankRoles & Responsibilities:
- Define Process Flow for offering Instant Demat Account and paper based demat account offering
- Define process flow for ASBA application
- Design and Update Account opening,Services request form and demat servicing forms
- Closely work with Compliance, NSDL Team on regulatory update
- Evaluate and benchmark the demat charge scheme
- Support on demat and ASBA application Testing coordination with exchange and NSDL
- Closely work with Net banking teama and ASBA application team for customer journey improvement
- Enhance and evalaute the ASBA offering of the Bank.
- Train and resolve queries on Demat and ASBA offering to front end teams
- Develop 3in1 offering with demat and bank with bank and trading account with SEBI registered broker
- Digital campaign to open Demat account to existing customer base
- Digital campaign to existing customer base to user IDFC FIRST bank account for ASBA offering
- Work with marketing Team on Website Update and Changes as pre regulatory changes and product offering
