Key Responsibilities Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company\'s overall business goals. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Define and prioritize product features based on market requirements, customer feedback, and business priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed product roadmaps. Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into functional specifications. Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials. Monitor key product metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding. Identify and mitigate potential risks to product success, including technical challenges, market changes, and competitive threats. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (Min 4 years) in product management with a successful track record of delivering and optimizing products. Strong understanding of technology and market trends in the relevant industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
