You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world\'s information. We\'re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. Job Requirements As the product leader owning Data classification, data inventory and resource hierarchy you will define and evolve our end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution by leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing products for our expansive customer base. We\'re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, has a deep understanding of our customers and technology, and deliver security features to keep our products safe from malicious access. What You\'ll Do . Work as a critical member of the Security and Trust team to ensure products have proper types of data classification and inventory systems . Provide subject matter expertise to product and engineering teams on various compliance regulatory requirements . Become an authority on our data and requirements for data privacy and governance, including self-sufficient monitoring of key developments in privacy regulations and data protection laws. . Develop and priories requirements related to Identity and Access Management especially around how data is labeled, location and accessed. . Help devise and launch innovative product capabilities geared toward giving customers a deep understanding and control over their data What You Need . A minimum of 8 years of experience is required. . A Bachelor of Arts of Science Degree is required or equivalent experience. . Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects. . Experience building technical products from ideation to launch. . Deep understanding and passion for data classification, compliance, resource hierarchy and/or tenancy. . Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams of engineers towards a common goal . Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs, leveraging large datasets to make data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams .
