We work on solving complex business problems for a wide range of stakeholders covering everyone from customers, to our internal operations teams.Job Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Serve as Product Owner for scrum teams covering assigned product area\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and contribute to the definition of assigned product area\xc2\xb7 Drive ongoing backlog allocations and prioritization of customer jobs to solve within area of responsibility\xc2\xb7 Define epics and user stories, clearly articulating business requirements for the problems we are aiming to solve - including UX/CX/Support requirements\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Engineering leads, Architects and manage customer expectations, escalations and product issues, mitigate challenges and improve customer satisfaction.\xc2\xb7 Identify and track metrics and success criteria to create transparency and visibility to program success and opportunities for improvement \xe2\x80\x93 Requesting analyses to inform backlog\xc2\xb7 Represent the customer for assigned product area, demonstrating responsibility for end-to-end customer journey and touchpoints\xc2\xb7 Partner with Product Management leaders to drive portfolio and product strategy and to be the voice of product decisions within the organization\xc2\xb7 Support feature rollouts through alpha, beta and general availability by collaborating with customer-facing teams, analyzing feature impact, and preparing communications\xc2\xb7 Engage with other internal partner teams as needed to determine best ways to communicate product to customers; and to assist Product Management leadership with service descriptionsTypical Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience in Product Management\xc2\xb7 6+ years of product management experience\xc2\xb7 Prior experience with working on healthcare is a plus\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills, solutioning mindset & design-thinking techniques\xc2\xb7 Experience working with stakeholders in a business environment across cross-functional groups\xc2\xb7 Understanding of product management best practices, including agile development environments\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated success at driving results in a fast-paced environment and managing simultaneously competing priorities\xc2\xb7 Ability to quickly learn and adapt to customer and business asks\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills\xc2\xb7 Technical knowledge in software development, maintenance and production support is a plusAbout athenahealthHere\xe2\x80\x99s our vision: To create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.What\xe2\x80\x99s unique about our locations?
