Responsibilities (job role and routine responsibilities of this position) :

• Define strategy and roadmap
• Create innovative inventory strategies to reduce the lead time from product idea generation to its rollout across multiple countries
• Document and present new inventory strategies
• Develop key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate overall financial performance
• Work with the other Product Management and Software teams to develop the features
• Participate in internal business performance reviews and business reviews to understand trends, develop action plans, and share business plans and performance

Must Have - Technical Skills :

• 6+ years of strategic supply chain planning experience managing cross functional teams in a fast-paced company
• MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Computer Science
• Demonstrated ability to interact with research scientists, software developers, and product managers to innovate and to deliver against aggressive targets
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment (preferably software development)
• Experienced working in or with a complex international supply chain management organization
• Demonstrated experience incubating and commercializing new technology while working closely with research scientists, software developers, and technical professionals from product conception to implementation

Proven written and verbal communication skills to convey complicated processes and systems to business partners
