Apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs a Product Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing of the Obesity Business Unit. Our team is driven by the values of support, growth, and innovation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and making a positive impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design key growth levers for specific products, ensuring a thorough understanding of opportunities, threats, and key risks for the brand.
  • Build business case evaluations for execution of go-to-market and growth opportunities.
  • Establish growth expectations based on market trends, insights, and future strategy impacts.
  • Establish monitoring and performance tracking with cross-functional teams.
  • Create insights through leveraging data analytics across stakeholder groups.
  • Work according to Business Ethic procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Graduate in Business, Finance or Life Science and an MBA degree from a Premier B School.
  • Total of 5+ years commercial and consultancy background, exposure to highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and skill, experience in business case development.
  • Ability to generate customer research, analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to evaluate the return of investment of marketing tactics and customer engagement.
  • Product launch and brand growth involvement.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
