Responsibilities: Customer Interaction and Requirement Gathering: Engage closely with customers to understand pain points and convert insights into actionable product requirements Conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs Competitive Analysis and Strategic Positioning: Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats Develop strategic positioning for new and existing products to ensure Loop remains a leader in the industry Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM): Formulate and execute Go-to-Market plans for all new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging to drive successful product launches Roadmap Prioritization: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to prioritize short-term and long-term roadmap initiatives Ensure alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility Vision Execution: Work closely with the founders to translate the long-term company vision into actionable and measurable tactical execution milestones. Provide insights and recommendations to align product development with overall company goals Ideal Candidate: Problem-Solving Prowess: Proficient in ground-up problem-solving, especially in areas that are novel to the industry. Passionate about the intersection of technology and business, with a demonstrated ability to navigate new challenges Experience and Background: Ideal candidates may have a background from top B-School or have experience in top Consulting or VC A track record of success and a desire to transition to a more hands-on, operational role with high ownership in a fast-growing tech startup
