We work with large retail clients across the globe helping them monetize their data assets through our consulting assignments and product accelerators. Job Responsibilities Define, communicate and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B SaaS products, aligning it with the overall company goals and objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for product enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, development, and customer support teams, to gather requirements and prioritize features and improvements. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication to the development team Work closely with the development team throughout the product development lifecycle, providing guidance, clarifications, and addressing any questions or issues that arise. Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization of user stories, ensuring timely and quality product releases. Conduct user acceptance testing and product demonstrations to gather feedback and validate product functionality and usability. Monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant field. Additional certifications or coursework in product management is a plus. At least 3+ years of work experience. Experience in product management or similar role is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in work. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Technical background or familiarity with software development concepts is highly desirable.
