Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager based in Bangalore, India to join our Sterling Data Exchange (SDE) SaaS team. The successful candidate is an energetic self-starter with the technical and business skill to create, record, and present high-impact client-facing content.
Responsibilities:

  • Acquire B2B Integration subject matter expertise and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Confidently script and record multimedia and interactive technical demos, trial assets, tutorials, product introduction accelerators, and other client-facing assets
  • Create and promote fresh product-related and thought leadership content via blog posts and other avenues
  • Curate, and integrate industry, domain, and product-relevant content into demos and trials
  • Craft use case specific stories and scripts that enable others to articulate the value of our products
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to inform product strategy
  • Plan, package and launch capabilities into the market to drive towards strategic goals
  • Collaborate effectively with other product managers and members of cross-functional teams including design, development, support, sales, services and business partners.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 2+years experience in product management or product marketing
  • 2+years experience creating multi-media demos, tutorials, quick assets; including video recordings with components such as screen share, voice over, and picture-in-picture
  • Technical skills to engage in-depth with our products, demonstrate the value, and create persuasive GTM assets and social content such as blog posts
  • Compelling speaker that can record high quality, client-facing content
  • Ability to craft stories for targeted use cases and personas and the writing skills to turn stories into scripts that can be used by others
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and move forward in the face of ambiguity
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
