Leucine is on a mission to solve a problem that has remained unsolved for the past few decades and has claimed millions of lives: Poor Quality Drugs. At Leucine, we have built an AI-enabled predictive compliance platform for the global drug manufacturing industry. Using technology, data science, and strong compliance risk management, we enable pharma companies to reduce the risk of non-compliance in their manufacturing facilities and, in turn, the likelihood of poor-quality drugs reaching to the masses.

To scale the business, we are now looking to onboard a Product Manager who is passionate about using technology to solve difficult problems.

What you will do * Act as the overall product owner of our core products, driving release planning and day-to-day coordination with our (entirely local) engineering team and ensuring coordination across the product team.

• Conceive, define, deliver and launch products, handling the full scope of product management responsibilities from investigation and setting the vision through to requirements, execution, and rollout.
• Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the broader market
• Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
• Drive data-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
• Build processes that will scale as our team and company grow.

Requirements * You have 4+ years of experience as a product manager at a fast-paced Internet software company; experience in SaaS is a plus

• You\xe2\x80\x99re a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales
• You have experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
• You are an excellent written and verbal communicator
• You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user\xe2\x80\x99s frustration
• You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
• Beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium and large releases.
• You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team\xe2\x80\x99s success
• You\xe2\x80\x99ve ever started or run a business before
