Founded by serial technology entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist Sunil Wadhwani, W Health invests in and incubates early-stage companies that address critical unmet healthcare needs leveraging technology and AI in the US and India.

We are creating a Venture Studio for Digital Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in healthcare.

Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business.

Position: Product Manager

Experience: 10 - 12 years

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager for one of our portfolio companies that is building talent augmentation & product engineering solutions for digital health companies globally. As part of this venture, we will be creating a first-of-its-kind HealthTech Delivery Centre to provide exceptional talent and IT services to our global clients.

The Product Managers responsibilities encompass envisioning, building, and scaling revolutionary products for digital health companies.This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and quality assessments.

Product Development

• Co-build the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product needs of global digital health clients
• Produce product user stories, PRD, wireframe and status reports by capturing critical information from meetings with clients and various stakeholders
• Provide fact-based insights into current market players, strategies for launch/improvements in product (i.e. features, functions) and GTM (i.e. pricing, offering, positioning) of the client
• Recommend future product features by reviewing customer behaviour and market dynamics
• Track problems, resolutions, and bug fixes throughout the project/ module
• Create a comprehensive database of defects and successful mitigation techniques

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Lead a set of cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Collaborate with leaders, business analysts and engineers to design solutions that bring differentiating value to the clients
• Work with the UX designer and UI team on the look and feel of the product as per the clients requirement

Delivery Outcomes

• Work closely with clients and senior management to facilitate best in class and in-time output
• Provide regular updates about product execution and release plans to the clients and internal leadership team
• Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, and reusability

Requirements

• 10+years prior experience in a product owner, product manager, or senior business analyst role
• Excellent understanding of agile values and scrum methodology
• Excellent ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Focused in data driven analysis and decision making to identify issues, trends, and product enhancements
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
• Familiarity with regulatory norms of US Healthcare industry, in addition to perspective on critical workflows and stakeholders
• Start-up and healthcare experience is a plus
