Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements. Partners cross-functionally (e.g., with sales). Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development. Includes Marketing Operations. Plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients.
