xefx82xb7 Responsible for designing overall marketing & communication strategy for brand/s
xefx82xb7 Conceptualization & creation of deliverables to aid brand promotion
xefx82xb7 Sales & market data analysis, core customer feedback & competitor analysis to aid
decision making
xefx82xb7 Assisting in making annual marketing plans & promotional activities for the Business Unit
xefx82xb7 Designing communication for field force to keep them enthuse about brand promotions
xefx82xb7 Conducting quarterly briefing, product launch & product strategy orientation meetings for
field force
xefx82xb7 Responding to scientific queries of field force
xefx82xb7 Allocation & dispatch co-ordination of promotional inputs.
xefx82xb7 Managing & conducting training program for field force
xefx82xb7 Openness to travel for work (Minimum 10-15 days per month)
xefx82xb7 Ensure specific Consumer engagement initiatives, including marketing programs and
campaigns, are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all
regulatory/legal requirements.
xefx82xb7 Cultivate strong relationships with alliance partner, cross-functional partners, and all
agencies. Manage relationship with agency to ensure expected deliverables are met.
xefx82xb7 Lead key marketing initiatives in close collaboration with other key functional partners.
Specific initiatives may include:
o Social media
o Digital solutions
o Onboarding materials
xefx82xb7 Develop and manage the execution of the consumer creative campaign and market
research
xefx82xb7 Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process
xefx82xb7 Manage multiple agency partners including management of associated budgets
xefx82xb7 Manage vendor contract processing (purchasing requisitions, invoices, and approvals)
xefx82xb7 Collaborate with multiple functional groups across the organization, including but not
limited to Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Market Research, Commercial Operations,
Legal, Patient Advocacy, and Medical Affairs
xefx82xb7 Align all efforts with collaboration partner
