The role covers a range of products, customer types and channels across HSBCs global WPB business. This involves being part of cross functional teams (composed of analysts, designers, scrum teams) across different locations operating in a lean agile product development environment.In this role, you will:

• Manage aspects of the product lifecycle; design, deliver and commercialise new products and experiences that meet the needs of customers/users to achieve financial and other targets.
• Act as product owner, or PO support, for one or more digital products or features; prioritising product requirements, owning a product backlog and development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk
• Analyse market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion, and usage data to understand needs and opportunities.
• Use product management best practice to enable your VS/SVS to meet its OKRs (objectives and key results)
• Work closely with market, business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure everyone understands the priorities and end-state vision of your product
• Apply Agile principles to everyday work and support agile focused culture.
• Maintain right level of governance & control to ensure adherence to HSBC guidelines
• Track of risks, issues & dependencies during implementations and escalates timely when as required

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in computer science, IT, commerce/Business or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting or leading on new product development and commercialisation, ideally with experience across digital and non-digital channels
• Experience in product management, such as digital product management, agile software product delivery, product portfolio management, or business analysis
• Experience working with dispersed cross functional teams in an agile development process
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 relationships with multiple business partners and departments.
• Strategic leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately. Assertive, with a positive attitude and an open mind
