Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a high performing versatile and Product Management Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Change Management to join the ITDA \xe2\x80\x93 I & O - Enterprise IT Operations Team. A successful candidate will have the Process & Product centric mindset, driving the collaboration and change agent culture as these positions will focus on working directly internal stakeholders & vendor, to meeting their organizational goals.Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. Job requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the implementation of Change Management Best Practices. Includes developing and executing integrated process, policies, and procedures from Change management and portfolio management perspective; identification of risks, issues, and opportunities and mitigation.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to evaluate the potential risks and benefits associated with proposed changes and communicate these findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities, to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.
  • Proactively communicates with peers and partners throughout Boeing, including supplier partners. Keeps others informed by communicating project status, conducting, and participating in team meetings, providing presentations, and listening to others concerns and suggestions.
  • Establish partnerships and engage with internal and external stakeholders, maintain relationships/partnerships with internal/external customers, peers and partners to develop strategies, goals and objectives that are consistent with organization strategy and drive business solutions.
  • Identify & drive process\\product improvement opportunities. Involve in performance effective governance of Vendor.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in IT change management, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our change management processes.
  • Collaborate with other product stakeholders in identifying automation opportunities and the automation ideas towards implementation.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge on ITSM Tools

  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of Process\\framework design, implementation & consulting experience.
  • 5 to 7 Years of professional IT Change management experience in application & infrastructure, Change Management
  • Proven experience in IT change management, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Devops knowledge is mandatory. Certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience with both Agile and Scaled Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in handling vendors\\suppliers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Product Management Knowledge\\ Product mindset is preferred.
  • Experience in ITSM Tools - design\\implementation\\consulting. (Service Now Preferred)
  • ITIL Certification is must.
  • Possessing a SIAM certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
  • Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with IT changes.
Typical Education & Experience:
  • Typically, 12-16 Years or more related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
Relocation:This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
