We believe Online Sellers could reach their customer experience goals even faster with our tech. We also plan to expand our reach to other online players where many travelers spend most of their online leisure time e.g., Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/WeChat.

As a member of our Product team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting initiatives that either have a direct impact on the success of existing customers or open doors to new markets or new end-user use cases. Many untapped opportunities are on the table today, and you will help us qualify the ones that count the most and then drive the full lifecycle of the associated product(s) using the best Product Management practices with a data-driven and user-centric approach.

As a Product Manager for the MetaConnect Search & Network solutions, based in our Amadeus Lab in Bangalore, you will enter the fascinating world of the Travel Media and Advertising industry! You will actively contribute to strengthen the competitive edge of our solutions addressed to the top MetaSearch partners worldwide (Kayak, Skyscanner, Google Flights, Bing Travel, Wego and many more). While you reinforce our leading positions with all kinds of Airlines, you will also be looking for the new opportunities to serve our other travel providers, distributors and partners such as social media, online travel agencies, tech CONFIDENTIAL & RESTRICTED partners and more. We count on your networking skills to build strong work relationships with other teams around us and influence the vision and roadmap plans of other related Amadeus products. Some examples: Altea Offer and Digital solutions, Travel Audience, TravelClick or, obviously, other products in our Search & Inspire department (Master Pricer, Instant Search, Conversational Search, and more).

Under the full SAFe methodology, you will work closely with Engineering, Product Owners, Product Marketing Managers, Strategy, commercial teams and partners to bring innovative ideas to life and drive the growth of our business.

Your specific accountabilities will be:

• Drive the MetaConnect Product vision and strategy

• Track and report business performance at Product level

• Drive the full Product lifecycle

• Elaborate Epics & Features & Design User Stories of MetaConnect Search & Network.

• Gather feedback/insights from both MetaSearch partners and Airline customers

• Define and manage product roadmap; socialize and align timelines with relevant stakeholders. Work closely with Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service/Delivery/Go To Market) and R&D teams to define priorities and releasing plan for new products or upgrades

• Study the viability of your most innovative ideas and bring the marketable ones from ideation to full industrialization.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong track record of delivering high-quality products. You should be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Briefly this means:

• Proven experience and passion for product management, experience on online products would be a plus.

• Proven skills in using data to drive Product decisions.

• Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.

• Effective communication skills towards customers, executive stakeholders, and teams.

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.

• Experience of Agile/Scrum methods, especially SAFe (or similar) would be a plus.

• Experience in Travel Industry is an added advantage.
