The consumer product team strives to deliver an outstanding user experience to the Paytm Customers by understanding the user, discerning their use patterns, and designing an app that meets their user\'s needs.

About the role: Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about technology stack being used? Have you worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them (be it software developer, engineering manager or architect)? We are looking for Product Owners to enable delivery of high quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.

Develop and execute the product strategy for the FASTag category, focusing on enhancing the user experience, driving adoption, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the FASTag space.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Lead the development and implementation of an Operator Downtime Feature to improve the reliability and uptime of our services.

Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and customers, and translate them into clear product specifications.

Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.

Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the Operator Downtime Feature based on user needs and expectations.

Define and implement an effective alerting mechanism to proactively notify users of critical events, issues, or updates related to the FASTag system.

Collaborate with operations and support teams to understand customer pain points and design alerting solutions that address their needs.

Define key metrics and performance indicators for the alerting mechanism, and regularly monitor and report on their effectiveness.

Continuously improve the alerting system based on user feedback and industry best practices.

Expectations:

2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.

Strong understanding of the FASTag ecosystem, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Proven track record of successfully managing product development cycles and delivering high-quality products on time.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
