Job Purpose: To partner with ecommerce business and marketing teams as a marketing technology specialist and improve customer acquisition and retention marketing through technology partnerships and building new MarTech capabilities. The MarTech Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack to drive data-driven decision-making, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, data science and IT teams to implement and leverage technology to enhance customer engagement, personalize marketing efforts, and improve ROI.
Job Context
MarTech Strategy & Implementation:
Lead the development and implementation of the marketing technology strategy in alignment with overall marketing and business goals. Lead suite of marketing technologies, including marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, mobile attribution platforms and more Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MarTech tools with existing digital, data warehouse and ecommerce platforms Work with data security teams to ensure marketing systems are compliant with Indian data privacy laws Collaborate with other product teams for management of loyalty platform integrations
Campaign & Marketing Automation:
Act as the SME on campaign management tools like Clevertap, MoEngage and Gupshup Design and implement marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing programs, and personalized customer journeys. Keep evaluating and implementing new MarTech partnerships to improve capabilities for ABFRL brand and marketing teams Support campaign execution across Digital, CRM basis latest in Digital Marketing technology with a central Campaign execution team and CRM agencies
Martech analytics and optimization:
Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting of MarTech to provide actionable insights to the marketing team. Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure accurate measurement of marketing KPIs, including attribution models, funnel metrics, customer segmentation, and ROI Identify trends and insights from SEM, Google Search and Ecommerce marketing campaigns and give recommendations to brands to drive growth Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
AdTech and Digital Media Identify potential new AdTech partnerships that can help ABFRL brands reach out to consumers in new and innovative ways. Launch pilots with interested brands and drive pilots to scale. Integrate and manage 1P data into Digital media platforms for higher repeat revenue Manage implementation of Mobile Media Attribution platforms
Tools under purview
Clevertap, MoEngage, Appsflyer, Algonomy, Capillary, Solus, Meta Ads Manager / Developer, Google Ads Manager, Whatsapp BSP like Gupshup
Must-have experience
1. 6-8 years' experience across Martech and Ad-tech
2. Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly identify key tech and integration issues and develop solutions
3. Understanding API integrations, JSON payloads, database queries, HTML / CSS and scripts is a plus.
4. Strong handle on setting up MarTech platforms and management of data flows across platforms
5. Able to Analyse website / app and search data from Adobe Analytics / Google search console
6. Must have the following soft skills
a. Very strong analytical skills
b. Excellent attention to detail and persistence to keep optimizing algorithms
c. Strong collaborative skills to work across eCommerce, marketing, analytics and product teams

Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions Martech capabilities Build MarTech capabilities that can be leveraged across brands Keep exploring new innovative MarTech and AdTech partnerships Campaign management and execution Identify and measure KPIs for digital marketing campaigns working with brand marketing teams Support the campaign execution Deliver Analytical insights on success of digital marketing campaigns Work closely with Analytics team to draw insights from retail, ecommerce, CRM and campaign data Identify customer touchpoints, both online and offline, and devise ways to capture interaction data Close interaction with customer experience and eCommerce teams Explore innovative ways of delivering marketing campaigns to maximize impact Track and leverage emerging channels in customer engagement such as mobile, social, IoT, Video Analytics, etc
