Support in driving the Project in Agile approachPropose and monitor the long-term planning cycle inputs to sales through plausibility checks in BBMSP (sales volume planning) and Current Forecast (CF) for volume & pricesLiaison with customer teams and global PRMs for preselling / marketing products by steering acquisitions to capture and track opportunities. Interaction with Sales, Engineering, Controlling and plant for product profitabilityMonitor key competitor activities, bench marking activities pertaining to current & future business growthSupervise and drive pricing strategies with HQ and participation in Business Case evaluation discussions to realize localization targets to ensure profitability.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in engineering (Mechanical)
MBA in product marketing (desirable)Additional Information

  • 5+ years of experience working in technical sales, product marketing domains
  • Product engineering/application exposure (desirable)
  • Candidates with good cross functional Techno-commercial experience will be preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of hierarchy in the organization
