Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @ addresses.About the roleThe product team owns Rippling's product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed. We do this by intimately understanding the market, our customers, and the perspectives of our key stakeholders and synthesizing that into a product that is effective, efficient, and easy to use.In this role, you will be a part of the Rippling Global Payroll product. Rippling's payroll product is responsible for moving billions of dollars and making payments to millions of workers each week, and is a cornerstone of Rippling's platform. You will ensure that 10,000+ customers have an amazing payroll experience, and build capabilities that unlock the next set of customers for Rippling.As part of the Run Management you'll work closely with engineers, designers, support teams and compliance experts across the company making sure data is synched across the Rippling platform, that the payroll run UX is world class and building net new features to support new client use cases.What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to find insights from customer feedback and compliance requirements, turning them into actionable solutions.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap and a clear vision on how to generate maximum impact as a platform function.
• Implement monitoring systems to identify and resolve potential issues proactively, ensuring a seamless experience for payroll users.
• Scope and build net new features that impact thousands of payroll admins and many more EEs across the Globe.

What you will need

• 3+ years of Product Management experience preferred
• Self-starter with a bias toward action
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Relentlessly focused on customers' needs
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
