Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. The work model for the role is: #LI- Onsite. This role is contributing to the in Electrification Business. You will be mainly accountable for: Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed. Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups. Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market. Products Knowledge on LV switchgear, Certified switchgear, Thorough knowledge of 61439. Market overall view of the switchboard. Competitor benchmarking. Working on marketing collaterals. Should have good technical knowledge about LV switchgear and in particular to IEC 61439. Know how about the market and customer needs.Qualifications for the role

• B.tech/BE in electricals & electronics..
• Shall have minimum of 5-8 year of experience.
• Knowledge of Low voltage switchgear market is must.
• Shall handle or part of team who work on strategy on business or customer acquisition.
• Have eagerness to meet customer and drive the business strategy.
• Willing to travel and meet new customer.
