Job Purpose:
The role entails building onboarding journeys and servicing capabilities through various platforms for the Savings & Deposit products. Grow and manage the Savings Account business for the bank which includes Savings and FD. Down the roadmap for new builds and enhancements on platforms like Tab based journey, DIY journey, Turo, HPE and Optimus. The role will closely collaborate with the Branch Banking Head, Corporate Salary Head, Marketing Heads, and other Product Heads (Liabilities & Asset side) for the same. The role has responsibility for the Savings product targets for the FY with respect to the acquisition through these platforms and contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create digital journey for existing and new to bank customers facing onboarding journeys and servicing across platforms.
Enhance existing account opening journey to make it best in the industry.
Down the roadmap for new builds and enhancements on platforms like Tab based journey, DIY journey, Turo, HPE and Optimus.
Deliver the numbers finalized for the FY across various channels for Savings, Deposit and X-Sell products.
Regular review and monitoring of the journey's / platforms managed along with stakeholder reviews for achieving the number targets.
Responsible for end-to-end testing, requirement planning, scoping and product management of the new journeys, capabilities
Grow the savings product portfolio by leveraging new channels (e.g., digital platforms) and ensuring delivery of high-quality customer journeys across the acquisitions, service, and deepening phases.
Collaborate with the Heads of Retail Asset Products and Cross Sell to leverage customer base and enable cross sell activities.
Champion the IDFC First's customer centric culture by driving the team to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight.
Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
Consistently analyze competitors and global industry leaders & fintechs to identify gaps in the existing acquisition journey & experience and develop deep understanding of latest innovations, digital disruptions and new & upcoming trends
Innovation and Problem-Solving: Identifying opportunities for innovation and addressing challenges head-on Vision and Strategy: Developing and driving the vision for digital products, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
Product Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
