Role/ Job Title: Product Lead- Business Banking Function/ Department: Business Banking Job Purpose: Manage & own product and policy for Business Banking product. Work with key stakeholders for ensuring timely updating of policy, processes in line with market dynamics and competition benchmarking. Work withing compliance boundaries to create differentiated Product Innovation & Process Re-engineering for customer experience. Work closely with digital team to launch and curate pre-approved base and customer journey. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and own business banking product policy and risk framework for digital products. Ensure that policy is created and updated from time to time in line with competition benchmarking, stake-holder feedback, market dynamics and within bounds of regulatory framework/ compliance. Work closely with various stake holders such as digital team, compliance, legal, technical, risk, credit to create systemic policy, process for best-in-class customer experience. Drive customer engagement and portfolio management via Relationship managers as well as by way of centralized campaigns. Engage periodically with stake-holders for getting continuous feedback on existing as well as new requirements. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: Building collaborative work culture between Credit, Digital team, Operations to enable sales teams to provide customer delight. Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelors in engineering/Technology / Math / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM is preferred. Experience: Minimum 10-18 years of experience in the banking industry.
